Asian Bodywork Therapies
Tuina, acupressure and shiatsu focus on energy flow to promote healing and proper body function. Thai massage is assisted stretching and yoga done fully clothed on a futon on the floor.
Reflexology
Treats the hands and feet to facilitate healing and restore balance.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated stones melt away tension, warm the spirit and soothe muscles.
Aromatherapy
Essential oils enhance your treatment, promoting wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic Massage: healthy, natural fluid management.

Desensitizing of reactive muscle areas to reduce tightness and spasm.
Harp Therapy
Harp music enhances the healing process. Healing harp music can be part of a massage treatment or a stand-alone therapy.
Massage Lessons
Learn gentle, easy techniques to help friends and family members relax and feel better. Private massage lessons for partners, group classes in touch skills, and more advanced massage classes.
